Indigo was created in 2008 as a specialist technology brand to provide pro-active IT managed services and complex IT project consulting. Since inception Indigo grow consistently into the professional services and logistics industries, as well as high-quality trade and mining industries.

Continuing to future-proof the business Indigo recognised the direction of IT into cloud computing and merged in 2014 with Logic Plus ( – a leading provider of cloud computing and hosted systems right out of the office in Halifax Street.

The merger gives Indigo and Logic Plus a competitive advantage in the Adelaide market; an all-inclusive IT partner offering efficient on-premise and/or cloud server solutions, locally in Adelaide, not reselling any other outsourced data centre infrastructure. The data centre provides N+1 redundancy and secure, private (direct) connectivity from our client's offices.

Ben Hock (linked in profile) (Indigo Managing Director) continues with Logic Plus and remains heavily involved in the consulting and presales capabilities in the company. Ben was also involved in the professional recognition of the young ICT industry, holding committee and board positions on the Australian Computer Society - the professional body for the ICT industry.

Service level guarantees

Indigo offers the Care Pack service level agreement, guaranteeing 4 hours response time to your staff IT incidents and optionally 1 hour response time for your company's critical IT incidents. Prevent downtime with the pro-active maintenance and bundle in after hours support coverage for a comprehensive outsourced IT package.

Project management

IT project work is quoted and managed by a project manager to ensure schedules are met and progress communicated, and weekly and monthly IT reports are sent detailing all project work item progress for the period.

Account management

An Indigo account manager is assigned to your business to enable one point of contact for all IT enquiries and agreements, to build a long term functional relationship.


Throughout the relationship we look for areas of technology that might improve or add value to your computing system, based on our experiences from other clients or new vendor offerings.

Help desk service that is always available

No annual leave, sick leave or holidays to worry about with internal IT staff. Indigo is always available on the help desk, even after hours.

Under the fixed-price agreement Indigo effectively takes on the risk of a faulty network environment, therefore ensuring systems are monitored 24x7 with issues often pro-actively fixed without interruption to your business. Predictable budgeting

The Care Pack fixed-price managed service is an all-inclusive service plan, any additional project costs are quoted and approved prior to commencement.

Regular maintenance

Indigo’s Care Pack includes regular updates and scheduled maintenance to keep systems well-tuned and secure.

Regular communication

Weekly and monthly IT system health reports are sent and an engineer from Indigo attends your business at least monthly to assist staff with general maintenance and niggling IT issues.

End point for all IT issues

Indigo will assist with all general IT enquiries and appoint and manage sub-contractors if required.
